We would like to introduce a case of coolant overflow management in the bearing manufacturing process using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET film. The bearing manufacturer was using an ultrasonic type, but faced challenges due to its high cost and the difficulty of installation. Therefore, they adopted the "CLA pipe type." After implementation, it can be easily installed by tightening with a nut on the top of the tank. With a contact type and IP-68 certification, it can manage the liquid level at four points even when directly in contact with the liquid, allowing for device control to match the liquid level as needed. We would like to introduce a case study on managing the remaining amount of rubber material in a metal hopper using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET films. A manufacturer of extrusion molding faced issues where materials ran out due to oversight and mistakes in visual checks, resulting in defective products and damages, including repair time. They also encountered problems with ultrasonic sensors, which caused malfunctions, leading to unnecessary line stoppages and reduced productivity. Therefore, they adopted the "CLA." After implementation, by managing the rubber material at any desired position, the sensor emits a signal when the rubber material reaches the set level, automatically stopping the device and notifying through a beacon light, thus preventing the occurrence of defective products due to material shortages. We would like to introduce a case of level detection in a chemical tank using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being compatible with PET film. (Detection substance: dilute sulfuric acid) For companies related to semiconductor equipment, when they want to change the liquid level management position, there is a hassle of reattaching the sensor. They faced the challenge of not knowing the liquid level position due to point-based liquid level management. Therefore, they adopted the "CLA." As a result, by allowing the liquid level detection position to be set at four points as desired, there is no need to change the sensor position.
